What is the Board of Directors?

The Board of Directors is comprised of nine current financial Club Members elected at the Club’s Annual General Meeting and provide corporate governance and direction for the operation of the Club.

Three directors are elected each year for a three year term and each Director is required to attend the monthly Board meetings and various sub- committee meetings that set the governing policies for the Club. An eclectic range of skills are provided to the Club through the volunteer efforts of each Director. Each Director is required to be approved as an associated individual by the Office of Gambling Regulation in Victoria and must satisfactorily comply with the statutory stipulations associated with governing an organisation holding a gaming and liquor licence.
