Conditions of Entry
Security
The Kyabram Club is monitored by a 24 hour digital recorded surveillance system that is supported with the extensive placement of surveillance cameras and sensor alarms.
This system is subject to a continuous physical monitoring from off-site that responds immediately to any unusual recordings or sightings. Upon entering the Club premises patrons acknowledge the Club’s right to record, and retain records, of patron’s movements whilst on the premises or within the Club’s precinct.
All staff are instructed in the Club policies of Security Response.
The Club engages professional contractors for the supply of security services to cover patrons, staff and Club assets. The Club sustains a continuous program of security review to ensure the safety and comfort of patrons and staff is maintained.
Refusal of Service
Kyabram Club employees are qualified in the Responsible Serving of Alcohol. The senior staff member on duty shall determine whether behaviour of a patron/s complies with the Liquor Licensing Act requirements and/or the policies of the Kyabram Club. Should the staff member determine that behaviour contravenes these standards, refusal of service shall apply.
